EvergreenHealth Neuroscience Instituteis seeking afull-timeRehabilitation Psychologist or Rehabilitation Neuropsychologist to join our team.Thesuccessful candidatewillwork alongside a team of neurologists, physiatrists, and 4 otherRehabilitation Psychologists and Neuropsychologistswithin the Neurology Clinic.
Primary responsibilities will be individual assessment and psychotherapy with adults with chronic disease or disabilityin our outpatient clinic.There may be opportunities for treatment or educational groups as well.The patient populations most often served include those with Parkinson Disease, Multiple Sclerosis,epilepsy,stroke, insomnia, and other neurological and rehabilitation conditions. Psychologists alsoparticipatein team meetings and community workshops, as well as collaborateon patient care and program development with physicians, social workers,and rehabilitation therapists (PT, OT, SLP).Psychologists are valued members of EvergreenHealths Medical Staff.
EvergreenHealthNeuroscience Institute offersstate-of-the-artcare for a full range of neurological conditions, with general neurologists as well as specialists in movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy,headacheand neurosurgery.
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program
- Pre-Doctoral Internship from an APA accredited Program, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Psychology and/or Neuropsychology
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Washington
