Assistant Director of Clinical Services at His House Childrens Home – Opa Locka, Florida

Must hold a current license LMHC, LCSW or LMFT in the state of Florida.

This position is responsible for the supervision of the program Clinicians and Interns, as well as provide mental health services to minors residing in the Residential Domestic Program in an effort to increase their level of functioning and maintain emotional stability.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures and applicable laws.

Master’s degree from an accredited College / University in Mental Health, Social Work or related field required

PLUS two (2) years of clinical experience AND three (3) years of experience in a licensed childcare program, child welfare administration or program management.

Bilingual (English/Spanish OR English/Creole) preferred.

Must have good communication skills – verbal and written and good organizational skills.

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and a good driving record
