We serve as a strategic growth partner — helping members scale without franchising, TPA restrictions, or costly lead-buying programs.

Position Summary

The Director of Member Growth & Revenue is a revenue-driving leadership role responsible for acquiring new members, expanding existing relationships, and maximizing long-term retention.

This is not a traditional “support” role — it is a growth and sales leadership position focused on converting qualified restoration companies into members, driving renewals through results, and expanding member revenue over time.

You will own the full membership revenue lifecycle: sales → onboarding → engagement → renewal → expansion, while leading a Member Support Team that delivers exceptional value and outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesNew Member Sales & Acquisition
  • Own the full sales cycle for new member growth, including outbound outreach, discovery calls, proposal development, and closing.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified restoration company prospects.
  • Partner closely with Marketing to sharpen messaging, improve lead conversion, and attract the right-fit member.
  • Track and optimize sales performance metrics (appointments set, close rate, CAC efficiency, member fit).
Revenue Expansion & Member Growth
  • Develop strategies to increase Net Revenue Retention through upgrades, expanded services, and deeper member engagement.
  • Identify high-opportunity member accounts and create growth plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
  • Strengthen long-term partnerships by positioning Trusted Restorer as an essential advisor to member success.
Retention & Renewal Strategy
  • Drive proactive renewal strategy through relationship management, business coaching, and accountability.
  • Monitor member health and engagement to identify renewal risks early.
  • Lead retention interventions with clear recovery plans and outcome-based follow-up.
Leadership & Member Experience Delivery
  • Lead and coach the Member Support Team to deliver consistent, high-impact member engagement.
  • Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
  • Maintain a structured cadence of member touchpoints that drive progress, wins, and satisfaction.
Program Development & Enablement
  • Improve and evolve member success offerings based on sales insights, retention trends, and performance gaps.
  • Coordinate internal experts and consultants to deliver world-class training and advisory support.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure Trusted Restorer’s member experience drives measurable ROI.
Qualifications
  • Proven success in sales, account management, or revenue-focused customer success roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to close new business and retain/expand long-term accounts.
  • Strong consultative selling skills: comfortable leading strategic conversations with business owners.
  • Experience managing teams, coaching performance, and driving accountability.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking KPIs across pipeline, retention, and member engagement.
Success Metrics

This role will be measured by revenue outcomes, including:

  • New member acquisition + close rate
  • Lead-to-appointment conversion
  • Renewal and retention rate
  • Net Revenue Retention (NRR) + expansion
  • Member engagement and satisfaction
  • Speed to value in onboarding
