In this role, you will drive the execution of high-impact customer programs across multiple regions, ensuring operational rigor, alignment, and measurable outcomes. You will partner closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Customer Success, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operationsto translate strategic priorities into structured, trackable initiatives. The position emphasizes leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution, improve data quality, and generate insights for executive decision-making. You will manage complex workstreams independently, maintain visibility into program health, and communicate progress effectively to senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on customer success, organizational efficiency, and strategic execution. Accountabilities:- Lead and manage customer programs tied to expansion, renewal, and advocacy initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and operational consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, remove blockers, and maintain execution momentum.
- Establish and monitor program-level KPIs to support broader Customer Success goals and performance metrics.
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive summaries that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Maintain data integrity across customer systems and ensure accuracy in reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate internal communications regarding program progress, escalations, and priorities.
- Support executive-level presentations, updates, and decision-making through structured analysis and high-quality reporting.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, or consulting with direct execution ownership.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce reporting and data structures; familiarity with Gainsight or equivalent Customer Success platforms, and BI tools such as Looker.
- Reflexive use of generative AI and AI agents to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams independently.
- Experience working directly with senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain rigor across high-volume programs.
- Must reside in Eastern Standard Time and be able to travel occasionally to the office as needed.
