This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a crucial part in transforming businesses by leveraging your expertise in trade promotion management and sales processes. You will engage directly with clients to ensure that their needs are fully understood and that our solutions effectively bridge gaps between technology and business goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in various high-profile projects as you drive collaboration between teams to deliver impactful results. Accountabilities- Assist the sales team as a Subject Matter Expert on solution implementation and best practices.
- Lead pre-assessment engagements to gauge client project readiness and identify design challenges.
- Deliver business-focused solution walkthroughs and highlight best practices during projects.
- Collect and evaluate business requirements and propose design strategies.
- Conduct functional design validations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate workshops for collaboration between stakeholders.
- Test solutions before client handover to ensure effectiveness and user experience.
- Develop training materials and run training sessions for end users and key users.
- Support business adoption and resolve any client queries regarding the solution.
- 5+ years of experience in a Tier 1 Consumer Packaged Goods Company.
- Experience in sales processes, trade promotion management, and business planning.
- Familiarity with international market-leading Trade Promotion Management solutions.
- Experience with the full cycle of TPM project implementation.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and influence consensus among groups.
- Experience on multi-country projects, mentoring on best practices.
- Success working with executive levels to influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of integration with ERP solutions like SAP or JDE.
