Advertising Coordinator-Client Services

Full-Time, Hybrid position

Candidates must be located within commuting distance of one of our offices in Rye, NY or Wilmington, DE.

At Today Media, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support the coordination of print and digital advertising campaigns from collection through approval and production.

This role plays a key part in ensuring advertising materials are collected, processed, and deployed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a deadline-driven environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering a smooth, professional experience for internal teams and advertising clients.

Responsibilities

Collect print and digital advertising materials from clients and account executives

Communicate specifications and deadlines clearly and consistently

Review files for compliance with ad specs and proactively flag issues

Traffic materials to internal production teams

Assist with digital campaign setup and deployment

Support special advertising sections and promotional initiatives

Maintain organized tracking of materials and deadlines

Perform tasks related to the Advertising Operations team including reports, documenting processes and troubleshooting compliance issues.

Qualifications

1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or customer service experience

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Experience with digital advertising platforms is a plus

Salary range $42,000-$46,000 per year
