1-800-GOT-JUNK? - Naples is hiring! We're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving our sales efforts.

Position: Customer Experience Leader

Location: Fort Myers, FL serving the greater Naples area

Pay: Up to $26/Hr+ total compensation (Including hourly pay + uncapped profit share + tips)

Benefits Package: (Medical, Vision, Dental) and retirement plans
Schedule: Full Time hours -- (1 weekend shift required + 3-4 weekday shifts)

• Drive and Load Trucks Safely: Work with your team members to ensure efficient and safe truck operations.
• Handle Junk Removal: Perform both heavy and light lifting to clear junk from residential and commercial locations.
• Sales Advocacy: Represent our brand professionally and provide accurate estimates to customers.
• Commit to Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
• Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
