Floating Maintenance Technician at Pride Rock Capital Management LLC – Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are in need of a experienced and flexible Floating Multi site Maintenance Technican for our apartment communities in Colorado Springs and Denver, Colorado. Previous multisite experience in maintenence for multifamily apartment communities, plumbing and electrical certification desired. This will be a salaried position.

Top candidates will have the following qualifications:

Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 1+ years
Provide residents with outstanding Customer Service
Ability to complete tasks in a timely and complete manner
Knowledgeable in all areas of property maintenance
Must be able to speak and write English
Plumbing certification
Electrical certification
Valid Drivers License and Vehicle

Responsibilites:

Provide outstanding customer service to all residents
Work within a team atmosphere and as a team to meet and exceed the goals of the community
Complete work orders in the designated time frame with respect to residents home
Maintenance, Plumbing and electrical needs of the communities
Attend to curb appeal of the community as a team
Mentor other technicians
This is a full-time position offering great pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. Regular schedule may include weekends.
