We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat or Email Chat Support Agent to join our dynamic team. Key Objectives- Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via live chat and email.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and email promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and FAQs.
- Adhere to company guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in live chat or email support roles.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic approach.
