  • Prior dental experience and working with Patterson Eaglesoft Software or Curve is a plus.
What you'll be doing:
  • You're at the heart of all that we do.
  • You will be one of the first impressions with patients, interacting with them before they meet the dentist.
  • Handling all front desk receptionist duties including but not limited to the following: Patient check in and check out, answering inbound calls, appointment scheduling, collecting patient co-pays, presenting treatment plans and much more.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software or Curve
  • Customer service experience
  • 2 years dental front desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental coding
  • Treatment presentation experience
