Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is looking for an Employee Engagement & Development Coordinator to join their team.
The Employee Engagement & Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, administering, and supporting the delivery, communication, and evaluation of employee engagement and development programs across the organization. This role focuses on the operational execution, scheduling, systems management, reporting, and continuous support of professional development, leadership initiatives, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
The Employee Engagement & Development Coordinator works closely with the Employee Engagement & Development Specialist, HR leadership, managers, and employees to ensure programs are implemented efficiently, tracked accurately, and experienced consistently. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a service-oriented mindset, along with the ability to work independently while supporting broader engagement and development strategies.
The Employee Engagement & Development Coordinator also serves as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and external partners, contributing to a positive organizational culture and a “world-class” employee experience.
Position_Description :
- Coordinate employee engagement and development programs, workshops, and leadership initiatives
- Support the Summer Internship Program, career events, and recruiting activities
- Maintain learning systems (Bridge) and track program participation and results
- Assist with employee recognition and culture initiatives such as anniversaries, awards, and engagement events
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, communications, and program documentation
- Partner with HR and internal teams to support engagement and development efforts
Position Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, training, or program coordination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working in HR systems or databases
- Ability to organize information, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
