Job Overview

Salary/Pay Rate: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (Based on experience).
Location: Onsite Serving Brighton, Castle Rock, Evergreen, Littleton, and Aurora.
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday Friday.
Project Scope: Residential / Production Housing.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Residential Wiremans License or State-Registered Journeyman License.

How You Will Make an Impact
Execute complex residential electrical installations to meet demanding production timelines.
Interpret detailed blueprints and schematics to ensure precise rough-in and trim-out phases.
Coordinate effectively with other trades and crew members to maintain a fluid job site.
Maintain a high standard of safety and quality control across multiple residential projects.
Resolve real-time technical challenges on-site to prevent project delays or hazards.
Mentor junior apprentices by sharing specialized technical knowledge and best practices.
Document project progress and material needs to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically within the residential electrical field.
Must possess a valid Residential Wiremans License or an equivalent State-issued license.
Proven ability to execute high-quality work in a production housing environment.
Ownership of professional-grade hand tools required for daily electrical tasks.
Must have reliable transportation for commuting to various job sites across the region.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience leading small teams or overseeing specific project phases.
Advanced proficiency in reading and redlining complex residential electrical plans.
Previous experience in a formal mentorship role training junior team members.
