- Respond to customer inquiries regarding annuities, retirement, and life investment products via phone and digital channels
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, escalating complex questions to more experienced team members when necessary
- Research information using multiple internal systems and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
- Document all customer interactions, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a foundational understanding of products, procedures, and systems to provide reliable guidance
- Achieve department metrics and contribute to team-based goals
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or financial services experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest or familiarity with annuities, retirement, and life investment products is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
