Accountabilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding annuities, retirement, and life investment products via phone and digital channels
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions, escalating complex questions to more experienced team members when necessary
  • Research information using multiple internal systems and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
  • Document all customer interactions, follow up on outstanding items, and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a foundational understanding of products, procedures, and systems to provide reliable guidance
  • Achieve department metrics and contribute to team-based goals

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or financial services experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest or familiarity with annuities, retirement, and life investment products is preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
