• $18.00+ per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
• Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening)

• Primarily remote work after training with required hybrid in-office schedule

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails

• 1+ year customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone/email/chat)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
