This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing go-to-market organization, shaping the talent strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy. You will partner closely with senior leadership to define candidate profiles, drive complex searches, and build long-term talent pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles. The position combines strategic influence with hands-on execution, requiring a consultative approach, excellent market insight, and the ability to sell opportunities effectively to top talent. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality candidate experience while ensuring hiring outcomes align with business priorities. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in recruiting, stakeholder management, and process excellence directly contributes to organizational growth and success.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles, including defining candidate profiles, structuring interview processes, and driving executive-level assessments
- Build proactive talent pipelines using outbound sourcing, market mapping, and long-term candidate engagement strategies
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to advise on market trends, candidate evaluation, and strategic hiring decisions
- Effectively position opportunities, communicating company vision, growth trajectory, and compensation/equity packages to attract top talent
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing clear guidance, maintaining transparency, and managing sensitive conversations with professionalism
- Elevate recruiting processes through ATS management, data-driven insights, and continuous improvements in hiring rigor and efficiency
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including agency or in-house experience hiring senior-level talent
- Proven success leading complex Director/VP-level searches and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in high-growth or startup environments, preferably within tech, fintech, or financial services
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to shape search strategy, navigate ambiguity, and take ownership of outcomes
- Metrics-driven and process-oriented while maintaining excellent relationship and communication skills
- Expertise in candidate assessment, market intelligence, and executive-level talent mapping
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and tools to drive recruiting efficiency and reporting
- Competitive salary with target bonus potential ($135k–$150k base, $160k–$180k OTE) plus equity
