Marketing Graphic Designer

Glen Group is looking for a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy turning ideas into impactful visuals, and have experience in the service industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including:
    • Catalogues, brochures, proposals, calendars, envelopes, folders, and presentations
    • Social media graphics, ads, and weekly content plans
    • Event materials such as posters, banners, roll-ups, and backdrops
  • Create and edit engaging videos for campaigns, events, and social media
  • Develop high-quality designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Assist in creating business proposals and marketing documents using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, including Meta Ads and lead generation
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
  • Proven experience designing print, digital, and event marketing materials
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with catalogues, brochures, and business proposals
  • Understanding of social media content and campaign planning
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience in UI/UX design for websites
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with Figma and Canva
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and campaign performance tracking
  • Prior experience in the service industry
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $20 – $22 per hour
  • Additional benefits, company parking, workstation, and team events
