We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help shape the future of our workforce.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and partner with leadership to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans aligned with Jennings goals and values
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding
• Develop programs to boost morale and job satisfaction
• Monitor effectiveness of retention efforts
• Work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Tech-savvy professional with a strong understanding of AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline and elevate the hiring process
• 3–5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in healthcare or senior living
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred)
