About Us

Hans-Mill Corp. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and e-commerce distribution. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment operations.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and e-commerce order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment)Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performanceEnsure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipmentsOversee e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship and return processing) and meet order deadlinesMaintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle countsCoordinate with production and purchasing teams to align inventory needsImplement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costsEnsure compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experienceExperience with shipping, receiving, and inventoryFamiliarity with e-commerce order fulfillmentExperience with Walmart Retail Link and other grocery distributor systems is highly preferredComfortable working in a hands-on role (not office-only)Forklift experience preferredReliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasksKnowledge of Chinese language preferredReporting their KPIs.
