Position Title
Associate Project Manager
Employment Status & Work Hours
Location: Lancaster, PA
Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to support the successful delivery of small to mid-scale projects. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to help manage timelines, maintain project documentation, and ensure smooth coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Compensation & Benefits
● $28 to $32 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Support execution of assigned project scopes under supervision
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to track and manage project progress
● Assist in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and documentation
● Participate in project meetings; capture and follow up on action items
● Draft client communications, including updates on deliverables and timelines
● Track project costs and assist with procurement coordination
● Support invoicing processes, including preparing, reviewing, and reconciling invoices
● Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
● 2–4 years of project coordination or junior project management experience
● Experience with CRM systems and project tracking tools
● Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools
● Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
● PMP, CAPM, similar certification preferred, OR willingness to obtain one
● Experience with project tracking tools and collaboration platforms
● Familiarity with vendor coordination and project budgeting processes

Travel Requirements
● Up to 25% travel to client sites and project locations, occasional overnight travel required.
