What Makes This Role Different: AI is foundational to our projects. Youll:
  • Use tools like Claude Code to accelerate development
  • Build solutions even when no clear playbook exists
  • Troubleshoot, iterate, and refine AI-assisted outputs into real, working products
Example Project: We may need to build a regional landing page website to drive traffic to a centralized leasing concierge team. Theres no perfect solutionjust a need to connect systems, experiment, and use AI to get the job done.
What Youll Do:
  • Application Support & Enhancement: Maintain and improve internal applications; identify ways to enhance efficiency
  • Application Development: Build automation tools; work with Python, C#, Node.js, or similar
  • System Integration & APIs: Assist with integrations (including Yardi) and maintain reliable data flow
  • Automation & Experimentation: Automate processes; prototype and test solutions using AI
  • Collaboration & Execution: Work with senior developers; own tasks; participate in code reviews
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Debug issues and ensure systems are running smoothly
What Were Looking For:
Required:
  • 02 years software or application development experience
  • Python, C#, or Node.js experience
  • Basic understanding of APIs, databases (SQL), and system integration
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or .NET Core
  • Experience with Git/version control
Preferred:
  • Exposure to cloud or serverless environments (Azure, etc.)
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
What Will Set You Apart:
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives ideas
  • Comfortable learning tools and concepts on the fly
  • Experience with or eagerness to use AI tools like Claude Code
  • Enjoys solving problems without clear answers
  • Motivated to build, test, fail, learn, and improve quickly
