Customer Service & Influencer Marketing Cordinator at Roolee – Logan, Utah

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This role combines day-to-day customer support with influencer outreach and affiliate program management. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about creating positive customer experiences while building strong relationships with influencers and brand partners.

Customer Service:
* Handle incoming customer service emails in a timely and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls in a welcoming and professional manner.
* Respond to customer inquiries through the website Live Chat feature.
* Process returns, exchanges, and damaged item claims.
* Assist customers with lost or missing packages.
* Respond to shipping-related questions and order inquiries.
* Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory control.
* Perform additional customer service-related tasks as needed.

Influencer Marketing & Communication
* Communicate with influencers regarding collaborations, product selections, and campaign expectations.
* Coordinate influencer product shipments and track content delivery timelines.
* Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners.
* Assist with planning influencer campaigns for product launches and promotions.

Qualifications:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
