About the Role

Coordinates and supports field supervisors, ensuring effective commercial plumbing services and customer satisfaction. Works independently on complex issues and reports to the CS Field Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with CS Field Manager to report task highlights (office, phone call or in the field).
• Meet w/ Quality Control person to go over jobs from day before and current day.
• Meet with all supervisors (Huddle) to review daily accomplishments (office, phone, Teams or in the field)
• Assign supervisors to all larger more difficult jobs. Confirm material and equipment are correct, ordered, and available before the jobs begin.
• Assign estimates to supervisors and follow up for timely completion.
• Review all estimates and awarded jobs to confirm labor, material, and equipment accuracy.
• Be available for field team members who may have issues with their supervisor.
• Monitor Contract scheduling.
• Maintain and monitor a rental log of all equipment, require supervisor accountability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and equipment
• Experience leading supervisors and field teams
• Able to manage multiple jobs and teams at the same time
• Experience with estimating, job costing, and maintaining profit margins
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Focused on customer satisfaction and overall performance
