Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our ice cream manufacturing team in Eugene, Oregon. In this role, you will play a key part in producing and packaging our ice cream products to meet the highest quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced, food manufacturing environment, following established procedures to ensure safety, efficiency, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation.

• Assemble, fill, and package ice cream products according to company specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards for appearance, taste, and packaging.

• Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).

• Assist with set-up, changeovers, and shutdown of production lines.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.

• Ability to work in a cold environment (production floor temperatures can be below freezing).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Entry-Level Pay: $19.00/hour

• Second Shift Differential: $1.00/hour additional pay
