• Operate and maintain turf care equipment including sprayers and spreaders.

• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in compliance with safety standards.

• Assess lawn health and implement treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.

• Perform seeding, aeration, dethatching, and overseeding as required.

• Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot minor issues.

• Collaborate with the team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.

• Prior experience in turf care, landscaping, or a related field preferred.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to MJS Lawnscapes methods and standards.

• Ability to operate and maintain turf equipment safely and effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Valid drivers license required (ability to drive company vehicles and pull trailers is a plus).

• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.
