What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in helping patients return to work, regain function, and thrive in an orthopedic setting.

Your days will include:

• Creating personalized treatment plans for work - related orthopedic injuries
  
  
• Delivering functional rehab through work conditioning and job-specific exercises
  
  
• Administering post-offer employment and fit-for-duty testing
  
  
• Implementing early intervention and injury prevention strategies
  
  
• Documenting efficiently with a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR
  
  
• Working side-by-side with a team that shares ideas, celebrates wins, and actually has fun at work
