Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Generative AI Intern to support hands-on exploration, prototyping, and evaluation of generative AI solutions across business use cases. This role offers practical exposure to large language models (LLMs), AI workflows, system design, and responsible AI practices in a collaborative, fast‑learning environment.

The intern will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to experiment with emerging AI technologies, contribute to proof‑of‑concept solutions, and help prepare AI capabilities for potential production use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in exploring and prototyping Generative AI solutions for business use cases.
  • Prepare, clean, and organize sample data or knowledge sources for AI workflows.
  • Assist with LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and iterative improvement of prompts or workflows.
  • Contribute to building internal documentation and sharing knowledge around AI use cases.
  • Work on demo preparation, testing, and deployment-readiness activities for AI prototypes.
  • Assist with system design and developing basic proof-of-concept solutions
  • Support AI governance, evaluation, or validation activities when required.
  • Help test AI features for response accuracy and fine-tune performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic programming skills in Python; familiarity with other languages is a plus.
  • Strong interest in AI/ML, especially Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic AI.
  • Hands-on exposure to or willingness to learn GenAI tools and frameworks such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of basic concepts in data structures, databases, APIs, and web applications.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and iterative prompt refinement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, academic project, hackathon, or research experience in AI/ML
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Hourly Rate: $24.00 to $28.00
