Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter

This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, driving business growth by identifying and connecting with potential clients. You will play a key role in expanding the sales pipeline, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments that directly impact revenue. Working closely with the sales team, you will use multiple channels to engage prospects, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your communication and research skills while contributing to measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating virtually across teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, and other outreach channels
  • Initiate contact with potential clients, establishing relationships and identifying opportunities
  • Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team to support revenue growth
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter
  • Experience working with US-based clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Availability to start immediately and willingness to work night shifts (PH time)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or GHL
