Working closely with the sales team, you will use multiple channels to engage prospects, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, outbound calls, and other outreach channels
- Initiate contact with potential clients, establishing relationships and identifying opportunities
- Set appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team to support revenue growth
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and prospect information
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to move them through the sales pipeline
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Appointment Setter
- Experience working with US-based clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to start immediately and willingness to work night shifts (PH time)
