- Serve as the primary internal and external resource for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on all aspects of digital campaigns
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and execute strategic, efficient, and measurable programmatic plans
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-launch planning to post-launch reporting and optimizations
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution for both client and internal inquiries
- Train and mentor Customer Success team members on programmatic best practices and tools
- Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Qlik, and proprietary systems to track, manage, and optimize campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in digital media or programmatic advertising (agency, publisher, DSPs, social media, etc.)
- Hands-on experience planning, executing, and upselling full-funnel programmatic campaigns (CTV, video, display, audio, social)
- Strong familiarity with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Amazon, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement
- Customer-obsessed, proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
