This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies across multiple product verticals in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing customer engagement campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, cross-sell, and lifetime value. Leading a team of CRM professionals, you will ensure that marketing initiatives are personalized, automated, and informed by advanced analytics. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing tools. You will collaborate closely with analytics, product, and operations teams to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer experiences. - Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies, including automated lifecycle campaigns that drive retention, loyalty, cross-sell, and win-back initiatives
- Analyze customer data to define actionable segments and deliver personalized engagement campaigns
- Oversee campaign planning, promotion execution, bonus management, content, and creative across email, mobile, web, social, and direct channels
- Monitor competitor CRM and loyalty programs to adopt best practices and optimize program performance
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to build dynamic segmentation, track KPIs, and optimize CRM channel performance
- Manage and scale the CRM Marketing team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance oversight
- Drive innovation in omni-channel communications and ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle management roles, with a strong track record in driving engagement and retention
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, campaign automation, and multi-channel marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience developing KPIs and monitoring campaign performance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people management skills
- Experience in regulated online gaming or e-commerce marketing is a plus
