Azure Architect (High Priority) at GlobexPeople

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and compliant Azure environments, particularly for fast-growing organizations transitioning to cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Azure landing zones and enterprise architectures
• Develop current-state and future-state architecture documentation
• Apply Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) across all 5 domains
• Lead security architecture initiatives targeting high security posture scores
• Conduct architecture assessments, gap analysis, and optimization planning
• Drive cost optimization and Azure consumption forecasting
• Support multi-cloud migrations (AWS to Azure)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on Azure architecture experience (not certification-only)
• Strong expertise in Azure policies, RBAC, and resource structuring
• Experience with network architecture and cloud security
• Familiarity with SOC 2 readiness and compliance frameworks
• Experience in startup-to-enterprise scaling environments
• Knowledge of Azure Marketplace and transactable solutions
