• Support lead carpenters in executing high-quality rough and finish carpentry for commercial and industrial builds.
• Troubleshoot technical obstacles on the go to ensure project momentum and adherence to vigorous schedules.
• Maintain a proactive workflow by organizing materials and tools to maximize site efficiency and safety.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure project specifications are met.
• Adhere to all established safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure and professional work environment.
• Support your closely-knit team by executing diverse tasks across the job site with integrity and dependability.
• We are seeking proactive individuals who are looking for advancement within the company, to such roles as foreman, project manager, and superintendent.

• Drug and alcohol free.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High level of personal integrity and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally within a team setting.
• Proven ability to be proactive and apply organizational skills in a fast-paced field environment.
• Flexibility to travel to various job locations as required by the project scope.
• Night shift and out of town work available.

• 1+ years of experience in basic carpentry or a related construction trade.
• Prior experience with both rough and finish carpentry techniques.
• Status as a US Military Veteran or trade student looking to enter the industry.

• Competitive pay ranging from $15.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
• Advancement potential to Foreman or Superintendent.
