Location: McPherson, KS
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)
Pay: $13.00– $14.00 per hour
Work Setting: In Person

As an Attendant Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their dignity, safety, and independence by providing non-medical, in-home support, including:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Toileting assistance and brief changing
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behavior
- Companionship and emotional support
Preferred:
- CNA or HHA certification
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals

Requirements:
What We’re Looking for Required:
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Valid Kansas Driver’s License or State ID
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check, including APS/CPS
- No felony convictions within the past 6 years
- No sex offender history
