Fairfield Apartments | Little Rock, AR

Fairfield Apartments is hiring a Painter NOWto support our apartment community in Little Rock, AR. This is animmediate-fill positionideal for someone with hands-on painting experience who takes pride in quality finishes and efficient unit turns.
Job Overview:The Painter is responsible for painting interior and/or exterior areas of the apartment community, including make-ready units between residents. This role works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure apartments are move-in ready and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Interior and exteriorpainting & staining
  • Surface preparation including drywall repair, texture application, and light carpentry
  • Wood refinishing and trim work
  • Remove and reinstall fixtures, outlet covers, and hardware
  • Caulking, touch-ups, and full clean-up after work completion
  • Communicate painting schedules with residents when needed
  • Maintain paint and supply inventory
  • Assist withmake-ready / unit turns
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of painting experience
  • Drywall, carpentry, and surface prep experience
  • Basic electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
  • Resurfacing and bathtub tile experience (preferred but not required)
Pay, Bonuses & Fast-Start Benefits:
  • $17$19/hour(based on experience)
