Responsibilities:

• Lead technology transfer from pilot and small-scale manufacturing to full-scale production
• Provide process engineering, scale-up, validation, and technical transfer support
• Drive process and product improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, and quality teams
• Act as liaison between R&D and operations to ensure successful product launches
• Support production processes including blending, coating, granulation, encapsulation, and tableting
• Identify and resolve complex technical and manufacturing issues
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP standards
• Partner with QA/QC to optimize production runs and rework processes
• Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers in collaboration with purchasing
• Monitor performance metrics and report improvements to leadership
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate technical data and updates effectively to stakeholders

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or technical operations
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulatory requirements
• Experience with process scale-up, validation, and technology transfer
• Knowledge of formulation and manufacturing processes for complex products
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical manufacturing challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred
