• Support Projects & Transactions by managing legal aspects of cross-border projects.
• Provide corporate & commercial advisory for various jurisdictions.
• Handle operational excellence by improving legal processes and maintaining documentation.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 46 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law, particularly cross-border issues.
• Hands-on knowledge of English-law-governed contracts.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1), other languages a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in modern productivity and AI tools.
