This role involves leveraging extensive knowledge in private equity and transactional law to develop online legal content, tools, and solutions for attorneys. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to enhance the Practical Guidance legal technology platform. Your experience will be key to driving customer satisfaction and innovation in legal solutions, ensuring that the products are aligned with market demands.Accountabilities

• Creating and updating authoritative legal content in private equity and investment management practices.
• Managing end-to-end content development aligned with business goals.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive product success.
• Integrating customer feedback to enhance legal tools and resources.
• Recruiting and editing external authors' contributions for timely content delivery.
• Making strategic recommendations for content development and product design.
• Staying informed on practice area trends and monitoring product competitiveness.
• Innovating product features, including the use of AI technologies.
• Representing the content area within the organization and externally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a transactional lawyer.
• In-depth knowledge of private equity and investment management workflows.
• Experience in real estate, corporate and M&A, and finance transactions.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with AI technologies in content development.
• Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Must hold a J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar membership.
