This role is responsible for coordinating field operations, supervising crews and subcontractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, and maintaining clear communication with the office and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in construction project supervision and is ready to lead projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.

  • Manage field personnel and subcontractors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Monitor project progress, including schedules, materials, labor, and budget compliance.

  • Maintain regular communication with project managers, office staff, and clients to ensure project alignment.

  • Enforce company safety protocols and regulatory compliance on all job sites.

  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide field operations.

  • Identify and resolve project issues promptly to minimize delays and cost overruns.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role in commercial construction.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulations.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with commercial construction projects preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
