- Act as the compliance point of contact for new alternate payment model initiatives, providing compliance guidance.
- Stay informed on legal and regulatory changes, ensuring organization departments align with them.
- Coordinate across departments to implement compliance mechanisms, meeting contractual commitments.
- Support compliance monitoring activities and collaborate with leadership to assess program maturity.
- Assist in the implementation of corrective and preventive action programs.
- Help develop compliance programs for value-based care, ensuring adherence to applicable laws.
- Provide compliance training and education for Accountable Care Organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance program management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations like HIPAA and anti-fraud laws.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear guidance on complex data.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated capability in making risk and business-based decisions.
- Flexible work schedules and the ability to work remotely.
