Role Overview

Beehive is seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Specialist to support production and inventory accuracy within our Additive Manufacturing facility. This role is integral to maintaining material flow, ensuring accurate inventory transactions, and supporting on-time delivery across internal operations.

What You'll Do...

Maintain inventory accuracy through daily inventory transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolutionExecute routine and randomized cycle counts, reconcile variances, and partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify root causesPerform material movement and staging to ensure parts flow efficiently between work centersPhysically receive inbound material, validate packing lists, and complete system receiving and put-awayPrepare outbound shipments from small parcel to LTL/freight and ensure complete documentation accuracyTrack parts throughout the facility, monitor aging WIP, and support production priorities based on schedule demandConduct final visual checks for quality and count accuracy before shipment or storageMaintain a clean, organized warehouse and storage system, including labeling, rack organization, and point-of-use material placementOperate material handling equipment safely, including pallet jack and forklift (or obtain certification)Utilize basic digital tools including MS Excel, Word, and inventory/ERP systemsYou have...

Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to count, track, and reconcile inventory accuratelyAbility to work independently and proactively escalate issuesComfortable walking the shop floor for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbsWilling and able to obtain forklift certification if not certified alreadyHigh school diploma or equivalentAble to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectivelyDemonstrated ownership of work and follow-throughThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
