Job Title: Incharge Nurse (ICU / CCU / ER / Cardiac Ward)

Location: Misrata, Benghazi – Private & Government Hospitals

Contract: 2 years renewable

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 15–30 nurses per shift.
• Manage daily ward operations, patient allocation, staff rostering.
• Ensure nursing protocols, infection control, and medication safety.
• Act as liaison between doctors, patients’ families, and nursing staff.
• Handle emergencies, crash calls, and quality audits.
• Train and evaluate junior nurses.

Requirements

• BSc Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–10 years total experience with at least 3 years as Incharge / Head Nurse / Supervisor in ICU, CCU ER or Cardiac wards.
• Valid nursing license + Prometric passed (or ready to take).
• Female candidates strongly preferred by most hospitals.
• Arabic speaker = big advantage.
• Age <48 years.
