Position Summary

• The Home Health Care Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of our agency, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in clients’ homes. This leadership role involves managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with clients and their families. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving client outcomes while effectively managing business operations.

Compensation: Base salary of $55,000 plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support and professional development.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback and assessments.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client care plans and compliance with legal requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in home health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in home healthcare operations or healthcare, with at least 2 years on a leadership or supervisory role.
