About This Position
WORK HOURS- Mon- Thurs. 3:00pm- 7:00PM Friday- 7:30AM- 7:00PM
The CSR plays a crucial role in coordinating ground support services at the airport's fixed-base operator (FBO). Customer Service Representatives must be professional, detail-oriented, and driven to provide excellent service.
Essential Functions

· Provide airport, weather, and parking advisories professionally to aircraft via the UNICOM
· Utilize Total FBO software to conduct point of sale transactions and payments on account
· Handle incoming phone and email service requests from customers
· Coordinate with the line service department to ensure customer requests are executed correctly and on time
· Assist customers with hotel, rental car, and courtesy car requests
· Coordinate customer requests for operations outside of normal business hours
· Ensure the airport lobby, café, conference rooms, and pilot’s lounge are clean and prepared for customer use.
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:· Engage with customers, co-workers, and management in a courteous and respectful manner
· Ability to multitask and exhibit superior attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Collaborative Professionalism – ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
· High School diploma/GED required
