About the Role- Position: Insurance Sales Representative (Full-Time)
- Location: Frankfort-On-site / Remote hybrid options available.
- Industry: Insurance (Life, Health, Auto, Property & Casualty, etc.)
- Compensation: Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses

- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities by prospecting within your assigned territory, networks, and referrals.
- Present, explain, and compare various insurance products and coverage options in clear, customer-friendly terms.
- Quote, quote follow-up, and convert inquiries into closed policies, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to develop customized coverage plans that balance protection with cost-effectiveness.
- Track client interactions and opportunities in our CRM system, maintaining meticulous records and follow-up schedules.
- Stay current on market trends, product updates, and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, from onboarding to policy servicing, renewals, and claims support.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Sales Mindset: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and tailor solutions to individual needs.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an approachable manner.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adjust strategies as markets and products evolve.
- Ethical Conduct & Compliance: Sound judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical sales practices and regulatory compliance.
- Experience: Open to both seasoned sales professionals in the insurance field and motivated individuals transitioning from other industries. Training and mentorship are provided to ensure success.
