Job Summary:

Maintaining the entire back side of restaurant from the building to the water.

Duties / Responsibilities/ Job requirements:

• Ability to promptly inform managers of any failures, such as no or limited water, damaged docks, or boats.

• Working knowledge and consistent focus on safety standards.

• Ability to maintain a favorable working relationship and the ability to communicate clearly and respond promptly to the needs of guests, managers.

• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in any situation

• Adheres to all company rules and policies as described in the staff handbook.

• Ensures a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.

• Maintain personal health and sanitation standards at all times.

• Completes all job responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

• Making sure dock area is in neat order & appearance throughout the day.

• Cleaning glass doors throughout the day.

• Giving out general info, directions etc.

• Assisting guests on docks with boat slips for lunch or dinner.

• Monitor for all incoming vessels.

• Empty all trash on the docks.

• Clear debris from docks and water.

• Remove all weeds from docks
