Phlebotomy Supervisor at Med Center Health – Bowling Green, Kentucky

Supervises and coordinates the technical functions and activities of the Phlebotomy team to ensure smooth operations. Oversees and performs detailed work in order to maintain a fully accredited and functional phlebotomy service according to established standards. Provides education to phlebotomists through new hire onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives. Performs phlebotomy, EKG, and other laboratory services in accordance with accepted standards and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• Two years of Phlebotomy experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or certification required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
