1.Takes responsibility for the temporary handling of irregularities related to the soldering line.

Chu trách nhim v vic x lý tm thi các vn bt thng liên quan n chuyn hàn thic.

2. Responsible for adjusting, managing, maintaining, and repairing equipment on the soldering line.

Chu trách nhim iu chnh, qun lý, bo dng bo trì và sa cha thit b trên chuyn.

3. Responsible for analyzing and tracking arising problems.

Chu trách nhim phân tích và theo dõi các vn phát sinh.

4. Responsible for tracking the corrected/revised products/ reworks.

Chu trách nhim theo dõi các sn phm ã sa/ sa li.

5. Responsible for soldering patrolling, guiding and training employees on the line, and at the same time responsible for fixing other frequently arisen errors.

Chu trách nhim tun tra hàn thic, hng dn, ào to công nhân viên trên chuyn ng thi chu trách nhim sa cha nhng li phát sinh thng xuyên khác.

6. To be responsible for monitoring UPH and UPPH of production lines.

Chu trách nhim theo dõi UPH và UPPH ca các chuyn sn xut.

7. Analyzing and improving the UPPH index.

Phân tích và ci tin ch s UPPH.

8. Supporting layout, program setup and receiving new products transfer.

H tr layout, thit lp chng trình, nhn chuyn giao các sn phm mi.

9. To be responsible for acceptance and engineering change notice related to components and equipment.

Chu trách nhim nghim thu và gi thông báo thay i thông s k thut liên quan n linh kin, thit b.

10. Monitoring, labeling and updating fixed asset reports managed by the department and send these reports to the Accounting department.

Theo dõi, dán nhãn và cp nht báo cáo tài sn c nh do b phn qun lý và gi báo cáo ó cho phòng K toán;

11. Monitoring and planning calibration, replacement, etc. of production equipment.

Theo dõi và lp k hoch hiu chun, thay th,…các thit b phc v sn xut.

12. Report related issues to Head department.

Báo cáo vn phát sinh cho trng b phn.

13. To be responsible to train employees in SD team.

Chu trách nhim ào to công nhân viên ca chuyn hàn thic.

14. Other tasks dully assigned by the Manager/ Director.

Hoàn thành các công vic khác theo phân công ca cp trên.

15. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to coating machines, router cutting, and soldering machines.

u tiên nhng bn có kinh nghim liên quan n Máy Coating, Ct Router, Máy hàn thic.

Knowledge & Experience/Trình , kin thc và kinh nghim

Hn 1 nm kinh nghim.

2. Basic conversational English or Chinese.

Ting anh hoc trung giao tip c bn.

3. Experienced in FCT machine PCBA testing, understanding of hand soldering, ROM loading machines, and product error analysis etc.

Có kinh nghim v kim tra PCBA máy FCT, hiu v hàn tay, máy np ROM, phân tích li sn phm…

Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dc, Bng cp & Chng nhn

BS in Electrical, electronics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, etc..

C nhân in, in t, c in t, c khí, …

Work Conditions/ iu kin làm vic

1. 48hours per week.

48 gi 1 tun.

Làm vic ti vn phòng, khu vc sn xut.

Có sc khe làm vic, hc tp, tham gia các khóa ào to, hi hp.
