This role is a unique blend of operations leadership, experiential marketing, and community engagement, focused on delivering a premium, in-person experience at a flagship location. You will be responsible for bringing a cutting-edge technology concept to life through seamless execution, high-quality service, and impactful local activations. Acting as the face of the brand on the ground, you will ensure every visitor interaction is engaging, informative, and memorable. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, from managing teams and vendors to driving foot traffic and organizing events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operations and customer experience. This is a high-visibility position where operational excellence and creativity directly shape brand perception and growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end operations of the flagship location, ensuring smooth daily performance and adherence to high service standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee recruitment, training, and performance of on-site staff.
  • Develop and execute a recurring calendar of events to engage local communities and increase brand awareness.
  • Drive demand generation through partnerships, activations, and local outreach initiatives to boost foot traffic.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to refine processes and enhance visitor experience.
  • Support external events, trade shows, and partnerships by providing staffing, training, and operational expertise.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and day-to-day operations in customer-facing settings.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Experience organizing events, activations, or community engagement initiatives.
  • Ability to manage budgets and balance operational efficiency with high-quality service delivery.
  • Flexibility to support travel or remote event execution when required.
