As a Business Analyst, you will design and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency across key stakeholder groups. You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform tools to build dashboards, automate workflows, and develop scalable reporting solutions. Working closely with business users and technical teams, you will translate requirements into effective analytics and application solutions. The role combines hands-on development with stakeholder collaboration, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and actionable. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions using Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build and optimize data models, DAX queries, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Develop PowerApps applications and workflow automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Manage data integration and governance using Dataverse and ensure consistency across enterprise data sources.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Support continuous improvement of data processes, reporting frameworks, and automation capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience developing business intelligence or data analytics solutions using Power BI, PowerApps, and DAX.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI development, data modeling, and dashboard design.
  • Experience working with Dataverse, including data modeling, integration, and governance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics principles, and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint development (SPFx, REST API), or Azure-based data platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
