About This Position

Position Title: Players Club Lead

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Coordinator

FLSA Designation: Non-exempt

SUMMARY: Responsible for supervision of the Players Club associates and daily players club operations, including the implementation of all promotions, adhering to approved rules and regulations. Performs all guest related functions, including but not limited to creating, updating and verifying guest accounts, assisting with promotions, gifting and events. Provides prompt, efficient and courteous service during all players club interactions while promoting superior staff and guest relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled and entertaining environment!
  • Conducts and attends informational meetings to ensure employees are provided with proper information and updates.
  • Knowledgeable and actively communicates marketing and promotional information.
  • Creates and distributes promotional summaries for all employees.
  • Participates in recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, hiring and training of Players Club Associates.
  • Listens, evaluates, and responds to all guest complaints and inquiries and exercises good judgement in resolving.
  • Always maintain a courteous and helpful attitude when working with other team members and/or guests.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all patron accounts.
  • Maintains adequate inventory of players club supplies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises Players Club Associates.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general educational degree (GED) required. Must have proficient computer skills and use Microsoft Office and other operating systems. Casino or hospitality guest service experience required. Two (2) years of

previous casino guest service supervisory experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process, required by the Pawnee Nation Gaming Commission

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to employees, patrons, management, and directors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Ability to maintain Human Resources confidentiality. Must maintain professional behavior and possess exceptional customer and employee service skills at all times.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is almost continuously required to walk, sit, stand, and talk or hear.
